Raashid is a Chartered Accountant and his achievements include setting up restaurants, restructuing operating companies and strategic planning. He has worked with FMCG Co's, Luxury real estate Co's and Hospitality. He has worked with companies like PepsiCo, YUM, KPMG, Jumeirah and DAMAC group.
Rohit Amin has worked in various industries over the past 35 years. This includes advertising, manufacturing, marketing and hospitality. He is the vice Chairman of Dodsal Group. He has served as the MD of the restaurant division of Dodsal group, leading 90 restaurants across West and south of India. He is an avid golf enthusiast and has headed Indian Golf Union.
Jonathan is a Chartered Surveyor. He has worked with Realty and Hospitality Brands across Europe, Middle East, South America and North Africa. He was worked with companies like BIG 6, Hard Rock Café and Jumeirah Restaurants.
Vedika has worked with various hospitality and Luxury retail brands. This includes companies like Barrista, Yum Restaurants and Mont Blanc. She has contributed to operations and guest experience in these companies.
Vijay Bhaskar Reddy
Chef of the Year – Times Food and Nightlife Awards 2018; he may have worked alongside Michelin-rated chefs like Michel Roux and Jacques Van Staden, but Chef Vijay Bhaskar Reddy admits that he never dreamed of setting off on a gastronomic journey. “I wanted to be a dentist after I graduated from Osmania University, but my cousin’s experiences in the F&B industry lured me to follow in his footsteps. My father wanted me to be a chef too and my dreams were fuelled by my family’s passion for all things delicious,” he fondly recalls. With 21 years of experience, Reddy has been instrumental in elevating Jonathan’s Kitchen to one of the best, premium-dining restaurants, in Hyderabad.
